To maintain or keep the deserving quality, we have the latest lab that furnished with all types of necessary expensive machineries, equipment’s and chemicals. We have enough experience and high profile chemist & technicians who are collecting the sample of produced cement in every hour and doing all types of chemical & physical test to confirm the highest level of quality. In order to examine the quality of the products, all sorts of tests are regularly performed in all the areas of the production process, from the raw material received to cement dispatch. Our modern well-equipped laboratory is put to good use in controlling the quality and assuring the performance of final products maintaining standards. For this reason, lab machineries & instruments calibrate regularly form BUET. Besides to compare our quality we test our brand from BUET, LGED, BSTI, RHD, BIS (India) and other local & international labs on regular basis to maintain the excellent quality. Basically we used following equipment’s for mentioned physical testing purpose accordingly.
Raw materials are tested in this lab before they are imported and sample of cement are also rested each and every hour during production. For quality assurance cement is tested on various parameters. For this, the chemists of Olympic Cement Ltd. conduct the comprehensive strength test making concrete/mortal cubes of different test age-3 days., 7 days & 28 days, as per ASTM C-150, and 2 days & 28 days as per BDSEN (European Standard) at its laboratory. Therefore we can deliver the highest quality cement to our customers.
